1. Who We Are. 411TaxLiens is the leading online information source that helps you locate a tax counselors and foreclosure specialists or other financial services agents who can help meet your needs. There are thousands of participating Lenders, hundreds of insurance agents and several dedicated credit counselors on the 411TaxLiens network.

2. Information We Collect. There are several areas on a 411TaxLiens site where you may be asked to enter both personal and non-personal information. These areas may include.

• Information we receive from you on qualification forms. When you come to a 411TaxLiens site to complete a qualification form you'll need to provide personal and financial information such as your name, phone number, e-mail address, income and other financial information depending upon whether your requesting help with a home loan, insurance or debt consolidation.
• Information collected from the "Calculators" section of our site. 411TaxLiens makes several resources available to you to help you complete a qualification form. One of these resources is the "Calculators" section of our site. We do not collect any personal data you may input into to any calculators on our site.

3. How your information is used. We use the information you provide on your qualification form to match you with up to a participating lender, insurance agent, or credit counselor.

• Sharing information with our participating tax counselors and foreclosure specialists. At your direction (when you click on the "Submit" button), the information that you provide to us on the qualification form will be sent through the 411TaxLiens system and presented to only one of our participating tax counselors and foreclosure specialists who offer the types of products you have identified. We recommend that you contact them directly for more information about their specific privacy policies.
• Sharing information with third parties. We reserve the right to share or transfer your data to any 3rd party for marketing opportunities.

4. Altering Information You Submit Through 411TaxLiens.

• Changing your information. You have the ability to change or alter your information before you press the submit button. Once your information is submitted it will be provided to the participating lender, insurance agent, or credit counselor depending on the form you filled out. You may contact these people directly to issue any changes to your information.
• Security. 411TaxLiens sites have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.

411TaxLiens is owned by 411web/MyCity. Your email address will be added to our email subscription list. 411Web/MyCity may send you emails regarding marketing offers and newsletters. We offer visitors to our Web site and recipients of our marketing campaigns the opportunity to opt-out of recieving communications from us. Theses unsubscribe options are included in email communication that you recieve from us.

If we make a change to our Privacy Policy in the future that will affect how we treat your information, we will notify you of the change. In that case, your ability to opt out of the new policy will be determined by applicable laws and we will include that information in our notification. If the change impacts how we use your information, we will notify you even if you have requested that we not contact you.
